Landlords residential let for DSS or HA (DSS Type 2) tennants is required; insurers rate these as higher risk so premiums are higher, call us to find out more.

Do I need accidental damage cover?

You may want this for added peace of mind - AD on contents covers spilt liquids on carpets and computers. AD on buildings covers things like hammering nails into hidden cables and pipes. We can talk you through the options.

Mention the word "subsidence" and most insurers shudder. If you are covered by your current provider it is usually best to stick with them.
